Booking Form

You MUST have a member's approval to stay in Yalara Ski Lodge. Applications with out member's approval will not be considered.
(Member's will be contacted for confirmation)

Before submitting a booking form please:

check for bed availability (PDF file)
read the Booking Rules carefully

The booking form can be downloaded as a word document or PDF file and then can be sent by the following methods.

Send the completed form by post to The Booking Officer, PO Box 597 Wentworthville NSW 2145 or
Fax the completed form to (02) 9896-7070 or
Send the completed form as an attachment to yalara@pnc.com.au
